July 15, 2016 — One more PPMS is installed in bldg. #3 at Shanghai Lab and will be commisioning soon.
February 16, 2016 — Magnetron Sputtering System located at bldg. #6 of Shanghai branch is commissioning now. Mo, Al, Al2O3, ITO, and AZO targets are available.
December 13, 2015 — Impedance, raman, and Infrared are commissioning at Beijing lab. All are welcomed to use.
