Compression Science and Technology (CST group)

CST group aspires to understand the structural, electronic, optical and chemical transitions of matters (nano metals/ceramics, MOFs, ferroelectric/ferromagnetic materials, et al)   under the miscellaneous extreme conditions (Ultra-high pressure, high/low temperature, Electrical/Magnetic Field), develops the in-situ synchrotron beamlines (XRD, PDF, IR, XAFS, etc);  and challenges the dedicated high-pressure techniques/instruments.
