Polymerization of Unsaturated molecules and salts under high pressure


◆ Reaction mechanism

The reaction path of the polymerization under high pressure can be completely different with those happened under ambient pressure. We investigate the reaction mechanism by focus onthe crystal structures and the molecular structure before and after the reaction under high pressure, using crystallographic, optical and X-ray spectroscopic methods.


Synthesis of the novel material by high pressure and exploring the its properties

We use the high pressure combing the temperature and photochemistry methods to synthesize the material with new structure and properties, including the graphane, nitrogen doped graphene,organic-inorganic hybrid material and extended polyanionic carbon material etc. We are trying to explore its potential application as cathode material for Li-battery, etc.


Microanalysis

To study the reaction process, we are interested in the microanalysis of the reaction system, and now developing techniques for products collection, separation and identification.


Laser chemistry

We are trying to apply the femto-second laser as a perturbation on the chemical reactions under high pressures.

高压条件下不饱和分子与盐的聚合


◆反应机理

高压下,处于极端受限条件下的分子的化学反应规律完全不同于常压。我们利用原位的衍射、光谱学及化学微分析的方法并结合理论计算,研究在高压条件下特有的化学反应规律及过程。


◆利用高压合成新材料并研究其性能

我们利用高压并结合变温、光照等条件合成石墨烷、氮杂石墨烯、有机-无机复合材料、具有共轭结构的聚阴离子碳材料、含能材料等新颖的材料并研究它们在半导体、锂电池电极及催化材料方面的应用。


◆微量化学分析

为了研究反应进程,我们关注反应体系的微量分析方法,并致力于样品收集、分离及鉴定技术的研发。


◆激光化学

我们正在尝试将飞秒激光作为高压条件下化学反应扰动的应用。
