Hongshan Deng Graduate Student
Hongshan Deng obtainedhis Master Degree of condensed matter physics from the Hunan Normal University in 2016. His experience includes sample synthesis using high temperature and high pressure and conventional solid state method; structure measurement using x-ray diffraction; transport,thermal and magnetic properties measurement using PPMS and MPMS. He is now a PhD candidate in HPSTAR with the supervision of Prof. Yang Ding. | |

Lingkong Zhang joined Prof Bin Chen's group from Nankai University as a master student in 2014 and now is a phD student of HPSTAR. His research work is focused on studying the physical properties of strong correlated materials under high pressure, and magnetic properties of two-dimensional materials, such as magnetoresistance and magnetic field induced oscillation.

Graduated from the university of science and technology of China (USTC) in 2014, Wen joined in Bin Chen's group since the first half of 2014 as an intern,and formally joined as a master student of HPSTAR half a year later. His research work here is focused on using high pressure electricity technology to detech the properties of materials under high pressure, such as metalic-superconducting transformation,magnetoresistance etc.

Graduate Student Fei Zhang joins the HPSTAR from University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) since June, 2015. Fei as a visiting student joined in the AMAT Group under the supervision of Dr. Qiaoshi Zeng. His research work is focused on studying the sturcture and properties of metallic glasses using in-situ high pressure and synchrotron X-ray technique, etc. | |
